WORKSHOPS
November 24th, 2024 at MCASD.
The choir led a workshop on Pauline Oliveros and Sonic Meditations at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego in conjunction with the 'For Dear Life: Art, Medicine, and Disability' exhibition. Charissa Noble led the talk, with composer Akari Komura. The rest of the choir performed and helped the audience with tasks.
September 26th, 2024 at Cuyamaca College.
The choir gave a performance and held a workshop for students. The pieces were Spines (improvising with books) and Charlie Morrow's 'A Bouquet of Flowers'. The students joined the choir in a sonic meditation.
